how to cook Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
Serves: 4
Time: 50 minutes (25 minutes prep time, 25
minutes cook time)

Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts
4 cups raw broccoli
florets
1 diced tomato
½cup
mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½teaspoon
dried basil
½teaspoon
dried oregano Dash of garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Preheat
oven to 325-degrees.
2.Cut
each chicken breast in half lengthwise, and season well with salt, pepper, and
garlic.
3.Add oil to a skillet and heat.
4.When hot, add chicken and brown for 5 minutes on
each side until golden.
5.Move to a baking dish.
6.Add
broccoli to skillet.
7.When
softened, add basil, oregano, and tomatoes.
8.Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
9.Cook
for 3 minutes before adding to baking dish.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
11. Open
oven, sprinkle on cheese, and cook for another 5 minutes until cheese is
melting and browning.
12. Serve!
