how to cook Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

This is a really good meal for chilly evenings and makes awesome leftovers. Before baking everything in the oven, you’re browning the chicken and cooking the broccoli. This ensures really good flavors that permeate the whole dish. Cheese goes on for the last five minutes.
Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts
4 cups raw broccoli florets
1 diced tomato
½cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½teaspoon dried basil
½teaspoon dried oregano Dash of garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
2.Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, and season well with salt, pepper, and garlic.
3.Add oil to a skillet and heat.
4.When hot, add chicken and brown for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
5.Move to a baking dish.
6.Add broccoli to skillet.
7.When softened, add basil, oregano, and tomatoes.
8.Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
9.Cook for 3 minutes before adding to baking dish.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
11. Open oven, sprinkle on cheese, and cook for another 5 minutes until cheese is melting and browning.
12. Serve!
