how to cook Turkey Casserole

After Thanksgiving, you probably have a lot of leftover turkey.
When you get sick of sandwiches, make this turkey casserole that uses
cauliflower rice, which you can buy in a bag at the store. Microwavable
cauliflower rice is a real timesaver, and takes about 20 minutes. You mix the
rice with some cheese, cream of mushroom soup, peas, and turkey. Bake for just
30 minutes for a hot, healthy meal that can serve up to 12 people!
Ingredients:
2 bags frozen
cauliflower rice (about 8 cups total)
1 can of cream of
mushroom soup
5 cups shredded cooked
turkey
2 ½ cups shredded
cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Preheat
your oven to 350-degrees.
2.To make
cauliflower rice, follow instructions on back of package.
3.When
ready, add 1 ½ cups of cheese and the rest of the ingredients.
4.Stir
into the rice.
5.Season
more if necessary.
6.Pour
into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
7.Bake
for 30 minutes until bubbly and hot.
8.Serve!
