how to cook Turkey Bacon, Spinach, and Ricotta-Stuffed Mushrooms

Time: 27 minutes (12 minutes skillet time, 15
minutes oven time)
Ingredients:
16 cleaned baby bella
mushroom caps
6 cups raw baby spinach
8 chopped slices of
turkey bacon
⅓cup ricotta cheese ¼ cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons
butter
1
tablespoon almond flour Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
1.Preheat
oven to 375-degrees.
2.Cook
the turkey bacon until it’s nice and crispy.
3.Add
onions and butter to your bacon skillet.
4.Cook
for 3-5 minutes, until onions are softening.
5.Add
spinach and wilt for just 2 minutes.
6.Take the pan off the hot stovetop, and add
almond flour.
7.Season
your ricotta with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
8.Mix
with skillet filling and stuff into mushrooms.
9.Bake
for 15 minutes.
10. Serve!
