how to cook Beef Stir-Fry
Serves: 4
Time: 20 minutes (5
minutes prep time, 15 minutes cook time)
Stir-fry is one of the quickest meals you can make and
a great way to use up veggies like red bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. You
can add or swap in broccoli, too, if you want. You want to get a pound of beef
steak and slice it up thin. If you don’t have a wok, a skillet works just as
well. The beef browns quickly in a hot, hot skillet, and then moves to a plate
while you cook the vegetables. The last step is to pour in the beef stock and
tamari, and then toss the beef back in. See? So easy!

Salt and pepper to taste

that heats, cut your steak into strips.

the hot skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
4.Season
well with salt and pepper.
5.Plate.
6.Add

minutes to blend the flavors.
